Information we collect
Information you give us
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, place an order, personalise a product, contact us, or sign up to our emails. This may include:

- Recipient details - the name and delivery address of the person you are sending a gift to, and any gift message you write.
- Personalisation content - photos, images and text you upload or enter for personalised labels, engraving and other custom products.

We do not hold or store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe (including PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments made through Stripe). Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Personalised products - photos, labels and engraving
When you order a personalised product, we collect the photos, images and text you provide so that we can produce your order. This content may include images of people, including children - for example on christening or birthday labels. We use it solely to produce, quality-check and deliver your order, and to deal with any reprints or replacements.
We keep your personalisation content for 24 months from the date of your order, so that we can reproduce it if you want a reprint or a repeat order, and then we securely delete it. If you would like it deleted sooner, email us at admin@champagneandgifts.co.uk and we will remove it.
Age restriction - 18 and over
We sell alcohol, so our website and services are intended only for people aged 18 or over. By shopping with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and you confirm this again at checkout. Our delivery partners may also verify the age of the person accepting delivery - for example, DPD operates age verification on alcohol deliveries. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 as a customer.
